    2 medium English cucumbers, seeded & sliced

    3 ripe avocados, chopped

    2 Tbsp capers, drained

    2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

    2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    2 Tbsp fresh chives, finely sliced

    1 garlic clove, minced

    Juice of 2 small limes

    1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

    Sea salt & black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    Add cucumbers, avocados, capers, garlic, and herbs to a large bowl.

    Season with salt & pepper, drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.

    Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately & enjoy! ✨

    Directions:

    Fry mushrooms in olive oil until golden.
