🛒 Ingredients: • 260g macaroni • 450ml oat milk (or normal) • 180g @pilgrimschoice The American One Hot Honey Grated Cheese • 35g unsalted butter • 35g plain flour • 1½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional) • Salt & pepper, to taste
Then add however much buffalo you want, I love mine spicy so it was a lot of @franksredhot_uk added 🤣
🥣 Method: Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, cook 1–2 mins. Gradually whisk in oat milk until smooth and thickened (4–5 mins). Lower heat, stir in Hot Honey Cheddar until melted. Season with mustard (if using), salt & pepper. Combine pasta with sauce. Serve straight away, or transfer to an oven dish, sprinkle with extra cheese (or breadcrumbs), and bake at 200°C for 10–15 mins until bubbling and golden.
