Autumn Apple Chocolate Oatmeal Delight

Recipe (inspired by @mydailyoats__ ):
- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 60gr oats @prozis
- 1 tsp chia seeds @prozis
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2x 30g skyr
- 250g water
- 15g peanut butter @prozis
- 10g chocolate chips

1) Dice the apple. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the apple and maple syrup, and fry until softened.
2) In a saucepan, combine oats, chia, cocoa, half of the skyr and water over medium heat and let it simmer until you reach your desired texture.
3) Top the oatmeal with the apple, remaining skyr, peanut butter and chocolate chips.
TIP: Want more protein? Stir in some (chocolate) protein powder between steps 2 and 3.
