1) Dice the apple. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the apple and maple syrup, and fry until softened. 2) In a saucepan, combine oats, chia, cocoa, half of the skyr and water over medium heat and let it simmer until you reach your desired texture. 3) Top the oatmeal with the apple, remaining skyr, peanut butter and chocolate chips.
