3. Bake:
• Place cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
• Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
• Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
4. Prepare the Cream:
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
5. Fill the Cones:
• Once cones are completely cooled, fill with whipped cream using a piping bag.
Tips:
• Keep puff pastry cold for easier handling.
• Experiment with different fillings like chocolate or fruit cream.
• Store unfilled cones in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
