Taco Ranch Bites Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 packages mini phyllo shells (about 30 shells)
Optional garnish: chopped fresh cilantro, sour cream, or sliced jalapeños
Instructions
1. Cook the beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain excess fat.
2. Season & add tomatoes
Stir in the taco seasoning and the can of diced tomatoes with green chiles (do not drain).
Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly.
3. Fill the shells
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
Spoon the beef mixture evenly into each shell.
4. Top with cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filled shells.
5. Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve
Garnish with fresh cilantro, sour cream, or jalapeños if desired.
Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or party bite.
