Rice & Milk Cake – Soft & Unique
perfect for when you want something different yet comforting.
Ingredients
• 1 Cup Rice
• ¾ Cup Milk
• ⅔ Cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• ¼ Cup Oil
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
• ½ Cup Flour
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
1. Soak rice in milk for 2–3 hours.
2. Pour into a blender, add sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl, sieve in flour and baking powder. Mix well.
4. Grease a 6-inch mould with oil and place baking paper.
5. Pour the batter into the mould.
6. Bake/cook for 35–40 minutes until set and golden.
7. Cool before cutting into slices.
A simple, wholesome cake made with rice – soft, tasty, and melt-in-mouth!
