Ingredients :
All-purpose flour
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Baking powder
Baking soda
Salt
Unsalted butter (halal-certified)
Granulated sugar
Eggs (halal-certified)
Cow Milk (halal-certified, full cream or low-fat)
Vanilla (alcohol-free, halal-certified)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tray with cupcake liners.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
6. Pour the batter evenly into the liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
7. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
