Honey halloumi noodles 🍜 I’ve seen loads of people make these in the past year so I had to give it a go as I love halloumi! I have to say it is DELISH!
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (Serves 2)
• 2 Packets @amoy_uk medium noodles (AD PR)
• 1 Red bell peppers, sliced
• 150g Tenderstem
• 1 tsp @verylazyfooduk garlic
• 2 tbsp @amoy_uk Soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 2 tbsp Sweet chilli
• 50-75g Halloumi per person
• Sesame seeds, red chillis and spring onions to serve
𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱
1. Mix together the soy sauce, honey and sweet chilli.
2. Fry off your pepper and tenderstem in a pan. Once it starts to soften, add in the garlic.
3. Add in half of the made up sauce and the ready to wok noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are separated and coated nicely in the sauce. Then remove from the pan.
4. To the same pan add in the sliced halloumi. Spoon over the remaining sauce and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping half way, until the halloumi is nice and crispy.
5. Serve the noodles topped with the halloumi. Then top with sesame seeds, red chillis and spring onions. ENJOY! 🍴
