The Winter Warmer Series Season Two! Episode Two : Leek & Mushroom Creamy Chicken 🥘🥦 I’m loving these creamy dishes atm! Especially as it’s getting colder. I served mine with mash and tenderstem.
𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 (makes 2)
1. Half two chicken breasts and coat in cornflour.
2. Fry off the chicken breasts in a pan on a medium heat, 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned.
3. Once the chicken is cooked remove from the pan. Add a sliced leek and 100g sliced mushrooms to the pan and fry until soft. Then add a tsp @verylazyfooduk garlic and fry off for another minute.
4. Next add in 200ml chicken stock, 150g creme fraiche and 10g parmesan. Add back in your cooked chicken for a remaining 5 minutes and serve.
