Creamy Mushroom and Pancetta Pasta π This kind of sauce is the easiest thing to make and is a staple in my house! You can use it to make any kind of creamy pasta!
ππ»π΄πΏπ²π±πΆπ²π»ππ (serves 4)
β’ 180g Pancetta
β’ 400g Button Mushrooms
β’ 1tsp @verylazyfooduk Easy Garlic
β’ 5g Butter
β’ 150ml Vegetable stock
β’ 200ml Creme fraiche
β’ 30g Parmesan
β’ 300g Spaghetti
β’ Handful of chopped parsley
β’ Salt and pepper to taste
π π²ππ΅πΌπ±
1. Add to a pan the pancetta and cook until crispy, then remove from the pan.
2. Next add the butter along with the mushrooms. Stir through until they are soft. Then add in the garlic and stir for a minute. Also put on the pasta to boil.
3. Add in the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid has reduced down slightly.
4. Mix in the creme fraiche, parmesan and parsley. Finally stir through the cooked pasta and season with salt & pepper.
5. Serve up and top with chopped parsley and extra parmesan before enjoying! π§
