Which would you pick? Bucatini or Tortellini? π Well either way, this creamy tomato sausage pasta is delicious!
ππ»π΄πΏπ²π±πΆπ²π»ππ (makes 4 lots of sauce to add to your pasta of choice)
β’ 4 Pork sausages
β’ 1 Diced onion
β’ 1tsp Easy Garlic
β’ 1tsp Smoked Paprika
β’ 2tsp Italian seasoning
β’ 120ml Chicken stock
β’ 1 Tin chopped tomatoβs
β’ 100ml Creme fraiche
β’ 20g Grated parmesan
β’ 3 Large handfuls spinach
β’ Handful of chopped parsley
β’ Salt to taste
π π²ππ΅πΌπ±
1. Remove the sausage meat from the casings and add to your pan. Cook for a few minutes until it starts to brown.
2. Stir in your diced onion and garlic until the onion has softened.
3. Next add in your Italian seasoning, paprika, chicken stock and chopped tomatoes. Then simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add in your spinach, creme fraiche and parmesan. Stir everything together.
5. Finally add in your cooked pasta of choice and serve. Top with some more Parmesan and parsley.
