Do you like blue cheese? π§π Well if so, youβll love this blue cheese pasta with leek, mushrooms and bacon bits. Swipe to zoom into all the goodness!

β’ 225g uncooked pasta
β’ 6 bacon medallions, diced
β’ 1 leek, sliced
β’ 150g mushrooms, sliced
β’ 100ml vegetable stock
β’ 150g creme fraiche
β’ 50g blue cheese
π π²ππ΅πΌπ±
This is so easy to make! Simply cook your pasta and fry off your bacon. Once the bacon is cooked, remove from the pan. Add in your veg and fry off until the leeks soften. Then add your vegetable stock and simmer for a few minutes. Next add in the creme fraiche and blue cheese. Mix through until the cheese starts to melt and finally add in the the cooked pasta and bacon. Depending on how strong you want the sauce, you can add more or less blue cheese! ββββββββAlso if you want the sauce creamier then add in some pasta water.
