15-20 whole Oreo cookies

Directions:
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Fold in crushed Oreo cookies. Set aside.
Stuff the Oreos with Cheesecake Mixture:
Twist Oreos apart and spread a small dollop of cheesecake mixture on one half.
Reassemble and press gently. Freeze for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
Prepare the Batter:
Whisk pancake mix, milk, egg, and vegetable oil until smooth.
Heat the Oil:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
Coat and Fry the Oreos:
Dip stuffed Oreos into batter until fully coated.
Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Garnish and Serve:
Dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
Drizzle with chocolate or caramel if desired.
Serve warm.
