1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in the egg yolks and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until a soft dough forms.
5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Press your thumb or the back of a spoon into the center of each ball to make a small indentation.
7. Fill each indentation with about 1½ teaspoon of jam.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
9. Let the cookies cool before serving.
2️⃣ ChocoChip Cookies
ingredients:
21½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips (or chunks)
Optional: 1½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
1. Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in one bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy.
4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
5. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips (and nuts if you like).
7. Drop spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
9. Let them cool a bit, then enjoy warm with milk or coffee.

Ingredients:
200 g butter, softened
60 g powdered sugar
Seeds from 1½ vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
230 g all-purpose flour
instructions:
1. Cream the butter and powdered sugar together until it's light and fluffy.
2. Mix in the vanilla and egg until smooth.
3. Gradually stir in the flour until you have a soft dough.
4. Pipe the dough with a star tip, or just roll it into shapes with your hands.
5. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
6. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 18-20 minutes, until they're lightly golden.
7. Let them cool completely before eating.
4️⃣ Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
200 g butter, softened
60 g powdered sugar
Seeds from 1½ vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
230 g all-purpose flour
instructions:
1. Cream the butter and powdered sugar together until it's light and fluffy.
2. Mix in the vanilla and egg until smooth.
3. Gradually stir in the flour until you have a soft dough.
4. Pipe the dough with a star tip, or just roll it into shapes with your hands.

6. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 18-20 minutes, until they're lightly golden.
