Gooey Vegan Cookies & Cream Baked Oats Delight

-> I had an itch and these cookies & cream baked oats definitely scratched it! They are so gooey and delicious, it almost feels like eating dessert for breakfast even though the ingredients are (relatively) good for you <3
I N G R E D I E N T S:
đź–¤50g oats
đź–¤1tbsp cocoa powder
đź–¤15g (cookies & cream) protein powder
đź–¤1tsp baking powder
đź–¤a pinch of salt
đź–¤100g thick vegan yogurt
đź–¤90ml chocolate plant milk
đź–¤a crumbled Oreo cookie
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. If you’re using an air fryer, like me, just skip this step. Add the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, yogurt and plant milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Crease a small ovenproof baking dish with some coconut oil. Fill the batter into the dish, top it with a crumbled Oreo cookie and let it bake in the preheated oven or air fryer for around 15 minutes. Once it’s done, let it cool off a little. Then dig in and enjoy!
