CLUB SLIDERS
Makes 12 sliders
INGREDIENTS
12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
1 pound thinly sliced turkey or more for thicker sandwiches
1 pound thinly sliced ham
6 deli slices Cheddar cheese
1/2 pound bacon cooked crisp
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray an 11-inch rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a small dish, combine the mayo and mustard. Set aside.
3. Using a large serrated knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a “slab” of tops and a “slab” of bottoms. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the baking sheet and spread with half of the mayo/mustard mixture.
4. Layer turkey and ham onto the rolls, all the way to the edges. Layer bacon over the meats, breaking to fit as needed. Layer Cheddar cheese.
5. Spread the remaining mayo/mustard mixture onto the top half of the rolls and place over the fillings.
6. Melt the butter in a medium microwave-safe dish and stir in garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
7. Bake sliders for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are browned on top.
8. Cool slightly, then cut the sliders apart with a sharp knife to serve.
