Sticky Cauliflower Flatbreads with Spicy Sweet Sauce

Simple but absolutely packed flavour, the roast cauliflower is the perfectly sticky with the sweet & salty & spicy sauce -
Served with fluffy flatbreads, hummus, pickled onions & fresh mint š

1 large cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil of choice
1 red onion, cut into strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chilli, finely sliced
Thumb sized piece of ginger, minced
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp tahini
To serve
Flatbreads
Hummus
Pickled onions
Roast the cauliflower in a little oil, salt & pepper on 180c for 35-40 mins.
Set aside.
In a large pan, fry the onion for 8- 10 minutes until soft and browning.
Now add in the garlic, chilli and ginger and fry for a further minute.
Add the 5 spice, soy, sriracha, hoisin sauce and tahini to the pan and mix to combine.
Allow to cook for a couple of minutes, then add the cauliflower.
Coat well and cook for 2-3 minutes until infused with the sauce.
Serve with flatbreads, hummus etc
