Tandoori Carrots with Creamy Tahini and Spicy Chilli Drizzle

  • Tandoori spiced roasted carrots with whipped tahini and a good drizzle of chilli oil/crunch.

    Quick, easy, and SO tasty! Enjoy!

    550g carrots , sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1-2 tsp tandoori masala powder
    Pinch sea salt

    Whipped tahini;
    50g tahini
    1 clove garlic
    Juice 1/2 lemon
    80g vegan natural yogurt
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    25ml water

    Toppings
    Chilli oil/crunch

    For the carrots;
    Pre heat our oven to 180C
    Toss the carrots in olive oil, spices and sea salt.
    Place on a baking tray and cook for approx 30- 40 minutes. Shake a couple of times.
    Or cook in your air fryer for 10-15 minutes.

    For the whipped tahini
    Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until very smooth & creamy.

    To serve
    Top the tahini with the carrots and chilli crunch.
