Instructions 1. Blend – In a food processor, combine peppers, feta, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blitz until mostly smooth (leave a little texture if you like). 2. Adjust – Taste and add more salt, lemon, or paprika as desired. 3. Serve – Spoon into a shallow bowl, swirl the top, drizzle a touch of olive oil, and sprinkle parsley. Serve with pita chips or crudités.
