Silky chocolate fudge studded with buttery macadamias, draped in gooey caramel, and finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt — decadence in a single bite.
⸻
Ingredients (makes ~36 squares) • 3 cups (510 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ¾ cup roasted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped • ¼ cup thick caramel sauce, plus more for drizzle • Flaky sea salt, for topping
⸻
Instructions 1. Melt base – In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth. 2. Flavor & fold – Off heat, stir in vanilla and fold in macadamias. Swirl ¼ cup caramel sauce lightly through the fudge. 3. Set – Pour into a parchment-lined 8×8 in (20 cm) pan; smooth top. Drizzle extra caramel and drag a toothpick for pretty ribbons. Sprinkle flaky salt. 4. Chill – Refrigerate 3 h or until firm. Lift out, cut into squares, and serve.
