Ingredients (makes 4):

⢠1 egg
⢠1 shallot, finely diced
⢠1 tsp garlic powder
⢠1 Tbsp clam juice or unsalted chicken broth
⢠1 cup plain breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix salmon, egg, shallot, garlic powder, juice/broth, and breadcrumbs with clean hands.
2. Shape mixture into patties, pressing gently.
