Choco-Banana Oat Delight Pancakes
BANANA CHOCOLATE OATMEAL PANCAKES 🥞(Serves 1)
🥣 Ingredients
✨1 small ripe banana (or ½ large)
✨1 egg
✨3 tbsp rolled oats
✨2 tbsp plain flour
✨½ tsp baking powder
✨½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
✨¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
✨Pinch of salt
✨Splash of milk (if needed to thin the batter)
✨Coconut oil or butter, for cooking
👩🍳 Instructions
✨Make the pancake mix. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the egg, oats, plain flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until combined.
If the batter feels too thick, stir in a splash of milk.
✨Cook the pancakes. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter. Cook for 2–3 mins until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1–2 mins until golden.
✨Serve & enjoy. Stack them up and top with sliced banana, chocolate spread, maple syrup, almonds or berries 🍓
