    ½ cup vegetable oil
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
    ½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling, optional)
    Directions
    1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2️⃣ Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. If using, fold in the white chocolate chips.

    3️⃣ Shape the Cookies: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. If desired, roll each ball in powdered sugar for a crinkle effect.

    4️⃣ Bake: Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
