Parmesan Garlic Herb Quick Bread

    - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 🧀
    - 1 cup whole milk 🥛
    - 2 large eggs 🥚
    - 1/4 cup olive oil 🫒
    - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and Parmesan cheese.

    In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and olive oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

    Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
