Sausage Alfredo Ravioli Lasagna

  • Ingredients 🛒:

    1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

    1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled

    2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

    1 cup ricotta cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella

    ½ cup grated Parmesan

    1 tsp garlic powder

    ½ tsp Italian seasoning

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Red pepper flakes & parsley for garnish

    Directions 👩‍🍳:

    Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook Sausage: In a skillet, cook sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.

    Mix Filling: In a bowl, stir together ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Assemble Lasagna: In a greased 9x13" dish, spread a layer of Alfredo. Add half the ravioli, half the ricotta mix, half the sausage, and a bit more Alfredo. Repeat layers. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

    Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.

    Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parsley.
