Lemon Brownies with Lemon Glaze

    2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
    1 tbsp lemon zest

    Lemon Glaze:

    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp lemon zest
    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
    In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
    Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
    Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    While brownies cool, mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make the glaze.
    Drizzle the glaze over cooled brownies, let set, then slice and serve.
