Ingredients: 2 large ripe tomatoes 1 Bell Pepper 3 Persian Cucumbers 1 small Red Onion 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives 1/2 cup Feta (chunks or crumbled) 1/4 cup Castelvetrano Olives Large handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
