Healthy Banana Bliss with Dark Chocolate Chunks

    There are thousands of banana bread recipes out there but this is by far the healthiest and tastier I ever had and one of my most popular recipe on my blog, ever! So I had to re-share it with you! It’s also so simple and easy to make that anyone can do it without too much effort or tools🤗👌🏼

    Ingredients for 8-10 slices
    3 medium bananas, over ripe
    2 eggs
    160g rolled oats
    1 tsp baking soda
    80g maple syrup (or honey)
    50-80g chopped dark chocolate

    Instructions:
    🍌Add the ingredients to a food processor (a part from the chopped chocolate) and blitz (mine is @magimixuk)

    🍌Pour the mix into a baking tin with parchment paper, add the chocolate chips and give it a stir with a spoon to distribute the chocolate.

    🍌Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins 180C.

    🍌Leave it to cool down for 20 mins into the tin and leave it on a cooling rack until completely cooled down.
