Burrata and hot honey combo 🥪🤤 by @mirandabrady

italian beach sandwiches will be my go to lunch from now!!

Ingredients:
Ciabatta bread
1 tbs basil pesto
25g burrata
30g mortadella
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup rocket
1/2 tbs hot honey

Method:
1. Drizzle the cherry tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Bake or airfry for 10 mins until blistered.
2. Spread the basil pesto over the inside of the bread. Top with burrata, mortadella, rocket and roasted tomatoes.
3. Drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
