Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
150g (1 cup) diced ham
120g (1 cup) shredded Gouda cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 large egg (for egg wash)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 squares; press each square into a muffin cup.

In a bowl, mix diced ham, shredded Gouda, garlic powder, black pepper, and chives.

Spoon the ham and cheese mixture evenly into each pastry cup, pressing down slightly.

Whisk the egg and brush the pastry edges for golden color.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey; brush the warm muffins with the glaze after baking.

Notes:
Flaky, buttery puff pastry filled with gooey ham and Gouda β€” finished with a sweet Dijon glaze for a perfect bite!

Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Reheat in a 350Β°F (175Β°C) oven for 10-12 minutes.
