crispy tofu: 1 package of extra firm tofu 1 tablespoon cornstarch 3 tablespoons coconut aminos nutritional yeast @bragg salt pepper
instructions: preheat oven to 425. press tofu until most of the liquid is gone (sometimes with extra firm tofu you don’t need to). cut the tofu into cubes and add to a ziplock. add the rest of the ingredients to the ziplock and shake until all the tofu cubes are coated. bake for 30 minutes
