Sticky Tofu Delight with Spicy Cucumber Crunch
STICKY TOFU & ASIAN CUCUMBER SALAD ๐
Sticky tofu is always my go to dinner when I want something quick and easy ๐๐คฉ
Add some rice and spicy Asian cucumber salad (recipe in earlier post) and youโve got the perfect easy meal ๐๐ฏ๐
Sticky Tofu
1 block @tofoo cubed
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 handful green beans, chopped
1/2 - 1 tbspn gochujang paste (depending on how spicy you like it)
1 tbspn maple syrup
2 tbspn soy sauce
2 tbspn tbspn water
- cut a block of tofu into cubes and pan fry until golden.
- Add the vegetables and continue to stir fry for 5 minutes until they have softened a little
- Mix 1 tbspn gochujang paste, 2 tbspn soy sauce, 1 tbspn maple syrup and 2-3 tbspn water in a bowl
- Poor the mixture over the tofu and cook on a high heat until reduced and sticky
- Serve with steamed rice and the cucumber salad
