  • another day, another smoothie.

    chai smoothie -

    1 frozen banana
    a few ice cubes (help make it thicker)
    8 oz milk (I used 2%)
    dash of cinnamon
    vanilla chai protein powder @truvani
    1 tbsp @drinkmudwtr !! (we love mud)
    1 tbsp almond butter
    1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

    (If you don’t have the add ins that make it “chai flavored” I would say to do 4oz of a chai concentrate, then 4oz of a milk! and then use a vanilla protein powder. as much as I’m here to influence you to purchase product, I don’t want you busting the bank just to make a smoothie… but also the vanilla chai protein powder is bomb and the mud makes me feel invincible)
