  • OATMEAL with PLUM COMPOTE
    Coming in with a late summer recipe with this one 😋 nothing like a cozy oatmeal bowl for when it’s a little cooler outside!

    Ingredients:
    🍑 1/2 cup oats (50 g)
    🍑 1/2 cup hot water (125 ml)
    🍑 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
    🍑 1/2 cup milk of choice (vanilla soy, 125 ml)
    🍪 2 small plums (chopped, 77 g)
    🍪 2 tbsp water (32 g)
    🍪 a dash of cinnamon
    🍪 1 tsp sugar
    🍁 biscoff cookies

    Start by soaking the oats and chia seeds in the hot water for 2-3 min. Then add the rest of the 🍑 ingredients. Bring to a simmer in a pot until it thickens. Transfer to a bowl. For the plum compote add the 🍪 ingredients to a pot and bring to a simmer for about 3 min. When it’s ready top the oats with the compote and add the cookies as well. ENJOY!!
