One of my favorite spring and summer appetizers is grilled peach caprese , but we didn’t have any mozzarella so I tried it with halloumi! I just cooked the halloumi and peach on a grill pan then served with basil and a balsamic drizzle! SO perfect for summer :)
Grilled peach + halloumi salad: Ingredients: ⁃4 peaches ⁃4 oz halloumi ⁃Aged balsamic ⁃Fresh basil ⁃Olive oil 1.Slice peaches and halloumi 2. Drizzle pan with olive oil 3.Place sliced peach + halloumi facedown on a grill pan and leave for 4 min before turning 4.Layer halloumi, peach, and basil, drizzle with balsamic.
