Cream Cheese Pound Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into pan and bake 60–70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
