    A juicy chicken breast glazed with a tangy-sweet golden berry (uchuva) sauce — elegant, tropical, and bursting with flavor.

    Ingredients:
    • 2 chicken breasts
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 cup fresh golden berries (uchuvas)
    • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1/4 cup orange juice
    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
    • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional garnish)

    Instructions:
    1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
    3. In the same skillet, add golden berries, honey, garlic, orange juice, and balsamic vinegar. Let it simmer, breaking some berries with a spoon to release their juice.
    4. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly (5–7 minutes).
    5. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the golden berry glaze. Let it simmer 2–3 more minutes.
    6. Serve hot, spooning sauce on top. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
