Zesty Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta Delight

  • Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
    Juicy shrimp tossed in a silky garlic butter sauce with perfectly cooked pasta — simple, quick, and bursting with flavor.

    Ingredients:
    • 250g (9 oz) spaghetti or fettuccine
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • 300g (10 oz) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • Chopped fresh parsley
    • Optional: grated Parmesan

    Instructions:
    1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
    2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
    3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink (2-3 mins per side). Remove shrimp and set aside.
    4. Pour in wine or broth and lemon juice. Let reduce for 2–3 minutes.
    5. Stir in remaining butter, then toss in pasta and shrimp. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
    6. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
