Peanut banana cream breakfast [high-protein] 🥜🍌
Super easy way to get lots of protein in first thing in the morning! Little work, no need to leave overnight, sooo enjoy :)
Recipe:
- 1 banana
- 150g skyr
- 15g peanut butter powder @prozis
- 20g chocolate chips
- 1g coconut oil
- 15g peanut butter @prozis
1) Mash the banana. Mix with the skyr and peanut butter powder.
2) Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Pour on top of the skyr and swirl in the peanut butter.
3) Refrigerate until set.
