1) Stir eggs, 85g skyr, honey, baking powder and flour together. 2) Heat a pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Pour in the batter. After a min. or so, use a pan-safe spatula to chop up the whole and give it all a good toss. Bake over medium-low heat, regularly chopping and stirring, until the bits start to turn brown. 3) Stir the remaining skyr and milk together. 4) Serve the scrambled pancake with the skyr drizzle and some raspberries.
