Lemon Oregano Salad With Baked Salmon

Honey garlic salmon:
.85lb salmon
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp coconut aminos
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt (to top the salmon with before going in the oven)

1/2 of a large avo
Handful of cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp dairy free feta crumbles
1/2 of a head of organic romaine
1/2 of a large lemon
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp salt + pepper
*Note portions for the salmon are for 2-3 (this was just prepped before hand) but the rest are just for one! DM me if you have q’s :)

DIRECTIONS
Wash the romaine, chop, add to a large bowl, & pat dry with a paper towel. Squeeze in lemon juice, olive oil, and sprinkle oregano, salt & pepper, and pumpkin seeds. Let the greens chill in the fridge while the salmon cooks.
Put the salmon in a baking dish, combine the salmon marinate ingredients, and pour onto the salmon in the dish. Bake at 400 for ~12 min then broil for 5 min.
