  • Egg white overnight oats 🥣

    Recently we discovered the wonderful world of adding egg whites to your stovetop oats to make them naturally high in protein without protein powder. The result was super filling (and jiggly hehe) oatmeal. Now it turns out egg white oats also work perfectly for meal prep in an overnight version, with a texture that might be even jigglier 🫨

    Recipe:
    - 20g oats @prozis
    - 10g chia seeds @prozis
    - 200ml water
    - salt
    - 155g egg whites*
    - 15g peanut butter powder @prozis

    1) Add the oats, chia seeds, water and some salt to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    2) Lower the heat and whisk in the egg whites. Keep whisking until thickened.
    3) Whisk in the peanut butter powder.
    4) Pour into a bowl, cover with clingfilm and store overnight.
    5) To serve, loosen the edges and flip onto a plate.

    Served here with @prozis peanut butter and caramelised banana (with coconut oil and maple syrup).

    *only safe to use pasteurised egg whites (from a bottle or carton, not directly from the egg)!!
