INGREDIENTS - 1 ripe avocado - 4 hard boiled eggs - ~1/4 cup finely diced red onion - ~2-3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley - ~2 tbsp Dijon mustard - Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
Toppings (optional) - Everything but the bagel seasoning - Hot sauce
