Creamy pistachio pasta 💚

This dinner recipe is super quick and easy while fulfilling all your creamy pasta dreams 😍

Recipe:
- 90g pasta
- 25g spinach
- 75g turkey bacon
- 120g ricotta
- 25g pistachios
- salt & pepper

1) Cook the pasta following the packaging instructions. Add in the spinach the last 5 min. Drain and save the cooking fluid.
2) Fry the bacon until done.
3) Blend the ricotta, 20g pistachios, 25ml cooking fluid and some salt & pepper.
4) Serve the pasta + spinach with the pistachio sauce, bacon and remaining pistachios.
