What you need: 4-6 cabbage leaves 1 cup cooked lean ground beef 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1/3 cup marinara sauce Salt, pepper, Italian seasonings
How to make it: 1. Layer all of your ingredients a few times in a baking dish. 2. Cover with foil & bake @ 375F for 25 mins. 3. Remove the foil and put back in for another 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
Pro tip: You can also do this with peeled zucchini or even low carb tortillas 👍
