* 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
* 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
* 1/4 cup powdered sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup strawberry jam
* 1/4 cup blueberry jam
* 1 egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions:
* Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
* Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 equal squares.
* In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
* Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each pastry square.
* Add a spoonful of jam on top of the cream cheese.
* Fold one corner of the pastry over to meet the opposite corner, creating a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
* Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg wash.
* Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
* Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
