Method: Make the Peri Peri Sauce: Blend red chillies, garlic, bell pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil into a smooth paste.
Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken evenly with the peri peri marinade. Let it rest for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).
Cooking Options: Grill: Grill on a barbecue or grill pan till golden and cooked through, basting with butter occasionally.
