4 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp bicarb soda 1/2 tsp salt
1.Beat, eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and buttermilk together. 2. Add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture to form a soft dough. 3.Roll out and cut with a doughnut cutter. 4. Fry in medium hot oil till golden 5. Dip in warm syrup then in coconut. *This recipe can be halved
SYRUP 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup water 1 stick cinnamon Boil till slighty sticky for about 15 minutes HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING 💜💜
