Dry fruit atchaar Recipe credit : @theretrokitchen @homemade_addict2 1 and 1/2 kg fruit 3 cups sugar 1 and 1/2 cups water 2 cups vinegar 2 taj sticks 2 cloves Few strands of saffron 1/2 cup crushed chili flakes 1/2 cup methi masala 2 Tbs oil 1 Tbs thill (optional) Cut fruit into smaller pieces. Make a sticky syrup with the water, sugar, taj sticks, cloves, saffron and vinegar. When done and still hot add to your fruit. After about 10 minutes mix in your chili flakes and methi masala.
