*Churros* Recipe credit : Nino Pic and made by: @the_kitchen_girl .@homemade_addict2 . 110g flour 25g sugar 40g butter 150ml water 2 eggs . . I have the method up on my highlights. To a non stick pot, add the water, butter and sugar. As it comes to the boil, add the flour and reduce the heat to low. Cook till you get a dough that doesnt stick to the pot. This doesn't take time. Remove the dough to a bowl n allow to cool for 10 min. Now add in your eggs, 1 at a time n mix well. You will get a sticky mixture. Place into a piping bag. Cut wax paper into pieces and pipe the mixture onto the slippery side of the paper. View my highlights. I piped 4 churros onto a paper. Heat oil to medium hot. Place the paper with the churros on top into the oil. Paper sode down. Once the bottom seems to go golden brown, flip the paper with the churros and you will see how easily they slide off the paper throw the paper away now. Continue to fry till golden brown. As soon as the churros are golden, drain and place into cinnamon sugar. Dont delay this step as the sugar wont stick to the churros at a later stage. Ready to serve. . . _For the sauce:_ 80g chocolate of choice 1/2 cup milk 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp corn flour mixed with little milk Add the chocolate, sugar and milk to a pan. Once it begins to boil, add the corn flour mixture. Mix on low till you get the consistency you like. The sauce thickens as it cools too. @homemade_addict2 #zambiakuchalu #southafricahalaal
